Roofing Sales Representative – Central Florida (Self-Generated Leads Only)

Febres Roofing LLC is hiring a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial roofing projects across Central Florida. This is a 1099, performance-based role for a true self-starter who can generate leads, run inspections, and close deals.

What You'll Do

  • Generate your own leads (door-to-door, referrals, networking, social media, local partnerships, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct roof inspections with homeowners/business owners
  • Create and present estimates; explain the process and scope clearly
  • Follow up consistently and close deals
  • Coordinate job handoff to production after the sale

Compensation (Net Split After Overhead + Labor/Materials — Please Read)

This position is self-generated leads only and paid as follows:

  • 10% overhead is deducted from the gross job total
  • Labor + materials are deducted next
  • The remaining amount is split 50/50 between the Sales Rep and the Company

Example:

Job sold for $15,000

  • Overhead (10% of gross) = $1,500 → remaining $13,500
  • Labor + materials = $7,500 → remaining $6,000
  • Split 50/50: Sales Rep = $3,000 / Company = $3,000

Requirements

  • Sales experience required (roofing/home improvement/construction preferred)
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working in the field and meeting homeowners
  • Self-motivated and organized

Job Type

  • 1099 / Contract
  • Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
