Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Canvasser to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly through door-to-door outreach and community events to schedule qualified leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience in marketing, customer service, or fundraising.
Responsibilities
- Canvass designated neighborhoods and knocking on doors to make contact with homeowners.
- Identifying signs of roof damage (with company-provided training).
- Educate them on potential damage and insurance restoration processes
- Schedule free, no-obligation inspections with our team
- Schedule leads and appointments using mobile tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Door to Door sales (Roofing/Solar/Pest/Alarms)
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader audience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and professionalism.
- Comfortable performing door-to-door outreach and engaging with diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and rapport-building capabilities.

Compensation
- Competitive Base pay of $800/week
- Commission/Bonuses on top of every closed deal
- Gas Card
Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
