Overview

As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricate landscape of estate planning. Your expertise will empower individuals and families to make informed decisions about their assets, ensuring their wishes are honored and their legacies are preserved. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans that reflect their unique goals and values, while navigating the legal complexities involved.

What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs and objectives
  • Analyze client financial situations and recommend strategies for asset protection and tax efficiency
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys to create cohesive estate plans
  • Educate clients on the implications of estate planning decisions and provide ongoing support throughout the process
  • Stay updated on changes in estate law and regulations to provide accurate advice
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing client meetings and proposed estate plans
  • Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with environmental law as it pertains to property ownership
  • Proficiency in data analysis skills for evaluating client financial situations
  • Knowledge of contracts related to estate management and real property transactions
