Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Forms Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and maintain customized forms and workflows within the XLeads CRM platform that streamline lead capture, seller and buyer intake, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and optimize custom forms inside XLeads CRM for lead capture and intake (sellers, buyers, distressed property owners).
  • Customize workflows, automation's, and triggers to enhance team efficiency.
  • Integrate XLeads forms with email, SMS, and other communication tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and disposition teams to refine lead qualification processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot form performance and data integrity.
  • Train team members on form usage and best practices.
  • Document form configurations and update user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with XLeads CRM or similar real estate lead management platforms.
  • Strong skills in form creation, data mapping, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools (email platforms, SMS/text automation).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and suggest improvements.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
