This is role will be based in our Woods Cross UT Headquarters and requires full time in office expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Forecast and plan financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings through process enhancements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including fleet utilization, delivery performance, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with dispatch, safety, fleet management, and accounting teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to route optimization efforts and perform cost-benefit analyses to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for service-related issues such as freight variance, gallons compliance, and overfills.
  • Audit business systems data by comparing actuals to targets and analyzing forecasted performance metrics.
  • Partner with IT, Business Intelligence, and FP&A teams to ensure data integrity and enhance data collection and reporting processes.
  • Support the deployment of new systems, tools, and operational initiatives across the organization.
Role Requirements
  • Occasional travel for driver meetings, terminals, and store visits.
  • Complete assigned projects by expected deadlines as determined by business stakeholders.
Qualifications: Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications: Experience
  • 3+ years' experience working in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain analytical roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organization, initiative, and follow-through.

  • Strong organizational skills in coordinating concurrent responsibilities across teams, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, DOE + Bonus Opportunity

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik | Kum & Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
