Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, tools, and reporting. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support for the Sales Team, provide reporting and analytics to sales leadership, and drive scalable improvements across the revenue organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
- Support Sales Operations Leadership in the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security within Salesforce.
- Support business process changes by translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide prompt, clear support and training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Work with third-party vendors and manage apps integrated into Salesforce.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption.
- Ensure data hygiene, integrity, and compliance across Salesforce and connected systems.
- With direction from Sales Operations Leadership, prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting for Sales leadership, including QBR packages and performance scorecards.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to scope and implement Salesforce and system enhancements.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials to support onboarding and scalability.
- Provide operational support for go-to-market initiatives such as new products or territory launches.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows, automation, troubleshooting).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Bonus: familiarity with analytics or engagement tools such as Tableau, Looker, Outreach, or HubSpot.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related field (or equivalent practical experience.
