You'll partner with facility managers to execute day-to-day operations including space management, vendor coordination, technology support, and workplace services. This position drives continuous improvement in workplace functionality while maintaining operational excellence, ensuring seamless facility operations that directly support JLL's business objectives and create environments where employees thrive.What your day-to-day will look like: • Design and implement workplace programs that enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being while monitoring utilization patterns• Execute comprehensive facility management protocols including preventive maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and CMMS work order coordination• Manage procurement processes for supplies, services, and equipment through established vendor networks and process purchase orders within budget parameters• Serve as primary liaison between employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers while delivering exceptional customer service• Coordinate conference room bookings, space reservations, meeting technology support, and visitor experience programs• Administer security systems, access control protocols, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes• Support project management for workplace improvement initiatives and coordinate special events requiring facilities supportRequired Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience• Minimum 2+ years of facilities management, property administration, or workplace services experience • Experience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and automated work order management systems• Advanced customer service orientation with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data analysis• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities• Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under time constraintsPreferred Qualifications: • Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or related professional credentials• Experience with workplace technology platforms and space management software• Knowledge of sustainability practices and workplace wellness initiatives• Project coordination experience in corporate environments• Experience supporting hybrid work models through flexible space management• Background in vendor relationship management and service provider coordination• Familiarity with asset tracking systems and equipment disposal processes Estimated compensation for this position:50,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
