Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $47,800 - $59,800.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent that will enable S&C to accomplish its strategic objectives and gain a competitive edge in the market.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the talent acquisition team, playing a pivotal role in a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator helps coordinate department activities by scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate communications, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events in coordination with hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers. Ensure all logistical details are arranged, such as meeting rooms, video conferencing, and interview materials.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information, interview details, and any other relevant updates, while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and update information in the HRIS/ATS in conjunction with the recruiter, ensuring timely information entry for metric tracking purposes.
  • Collect and organize candidate documents, such as resumes, cover letters, and reference checks.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Enablement teams in onboarding, providing scheduling and other support as needed.
  • Create materials for talent acquisition, such as recruitment brochures, informational handouts, and other candidate-facing materials as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide additional support to the talent acquisition team as needed.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with others

Required
What you'll Need To Succeed:

  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with candidates and strong relationships with members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete activities with accuracy, including with confidential information and employee files
  • Good time management skills with the ability to estimate how long tasks will take and schedule accordingly
  • Ability to work in a team and approach collaborative activities with a positive attitude
  • Sufficient analytical and mathematical abilities with the ability to reconcile expense lists and create invoices for events and other department activities
  • Good computer skills with some demonstrated experience in navigating simple databases and/or information systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Arts, Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Demonstrated experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
