We are seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our key product lines. This role requires a strong balance of customer-facing discovery and internal product leadership. You will partner with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with company strategy and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovative, impactful solutions to life.

As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of the customer—leading discovery interviews, understanding market needs, and translating insights into clear direction for the team. You'll also be accountable for ensuring the development team deeply understands the "why" behind the work and how it connects to customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product line.
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews and market research to uncover needs, validate ideas, and inform product direction.
  • Partner with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Define and communicate clear product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Provide context and clarity to the development team—ensuring they understand not just what to build, but why it matters.
  • Act as a champion for the customer, representing their voice in decision-making.
  • Track product performance against goals and adjust strategy based on results and feedback.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or supply chain industries.
  • Proven success in owning a product or major product area from strategy through execution.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with experience conducting discovery interviews and turning insights into product opportunities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to define and measure product success.
  • Experience with healthcare or supply chain workflows is a strong plus.
