Job Description

We're seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our growing team and help drive execution across a diverse portfolio of digital products. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering both customer-facing and internal tools, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. While product assignments may vary, the ideal candidate will bring strong agile product management experience and a bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, and business architecture to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through continuous engagement and feedback loops.
  • Use agile methodologies to drive iterative development and rapid learning.
  • Participate in product discovery to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and inform future iterations.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in an agile environment. 5 or more years (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute product strategies and deliver results.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • No specific technical expertise required, but familiarity with digital product development is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104, ,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
