We are adding an Entry Level Business Development Representative (BDR) to our NantHealth Allpayer team. This role is perfect for those eager to enter the healthcare technology sector and develop foundational sales skills in a dynamic environment.

As a Business Development Rep, you're the front line of our outreach efforts, engaging with potential customers, partners, and prospects to drive growth and support our mission: simplifying healthcare payment processes for providers, payers, and patients.

About the Allpayer Team We deliver cutting-edge solutions that streamline payment workflows for healthcare organizations and payers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
  • Reach out to existing customers to ensure credit cards are up-to-date.
  • Assess prospect needs through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
  • Document outreach activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members, Marketing, and Product teams for messaging alignment.
  • Gather intelligence on industry trends and competitor offerings, researching market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training on healthcare payment systems and sales best practices.
  • Reaching out to customers who have cancelled to determine reason for cancellation in an effort to resign them.
  • Attending team huddles, training sessions, and strategy meetings.
  • Participating in feedback loops to improve outreach and messaging.
  • Scheduling and confirming introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaign execution.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (commensurate experience in a related role may be considered in place of a degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of previous customer / client service experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and drive, comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize patterns and opportunities.
  • Willingness to embrace change and new technologies.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare technology.

The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.

  • $45,500 - $52,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
