What You'll Do

  • Engage property owners via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their property tax financing options.
  • Guide clients from application through closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build, track, and manage your pipeline using our CRM.
  • Execute structured follow-ups, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of sales experience
    (inside sales, financial services, mortgage, or call center preferred).
  • A confident communicator with a
    proven ability to close
    over the phone.
  • Comfortable making high outbound call volumes
    while managing warm inbound leads.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and coachable.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an RMLO (Residential Mortgage Loan Originator) license.
  • Fluency in Spanish
    is a plus.
  • Experience with
    Hubspot CRM
    preferred.
  • Clean background check required.
