Break OUT of Tech — Account Executive (Hybrid – San Francisco)

Join a fast-growing team that bootstrapped to $9M in annual sales for backyard ADUs and premium Office Pods. All leads are currently handled by a remote team. This will be the first local sales hire supporting the launch and lead flow of our new San Francisco showroom (parking included). Help us win this market, then support our showroom expansion across multiple states.

Location Requirement: Must be based in San Francisco for in-person customer meetings.

About the Opportunity:

This is a 100% inbound sales role with over $9M in total sales already booked. You will step into a warm pipeline, high-intent leads, and a product customers consistently love: premium Office Pods and ADUs.

Compensation and Structure:

  • 100-Day Residency: $5,000 per month (W2, full-time)
  • Post-Residency: $80,000 base salary with $120,000 OTE
  • Clear path to long-term career growth

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct in-person customer meetings at our San Francisco showroom, with occasional visits to customer homes
  • Manage inbound leads and guide customers through their buying journey
  • Partner with leadership to refine the sales process and support our national expansion strategy
  • Deliver exceptional, consultative sales experiences

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Comfortable with phone and in-person customer interaction
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage a high-volume inbound pipeline
  • Bonus for real estate or similar experience
