Role Description

This is a full-time Day Manager role, located on-site in Dallas, TX. The Day Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, uphold quality standards, and create exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining inventory, implementing health and safety standards, and contributing to the restaurant's overall success. The Day Manager will also assist in staff development and uphold the company's community-focused values.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in staff supervision, team management, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and service standards
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and lead by example
  • Experience in fostering community connections and championing company values
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
