Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Greater Cincinnati Area – Onsite

Relate Search has partnered with a leading very established, privately held real estate company seeking a Vice President, Marketing and Sales to help them enter the next phase of growth. Reporting to the President, this person will lead a team focused on brand strategy, positioning, and marketing across multiple brands/business units, enabling sales teams. This role is a rare chance to build marketing strategy for a multi-brand company on a transformative 5–10 year plan with significant growth and diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and sales functions across multiple affiliated business units
  • Build and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
  • Cultivate and expand business development relationships across commercial real estate, hospitality, sports, construction and healthcare sectors
  • Align enterprise sales and marketing goals with financial performance targets
  • Develop a team of marketing and sales professionals across business units

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a brand driven environment
  • Experience with portfolio-style marketing strategies
  • Must bring big-picture strategy, brand-building, and measurable marketing expertise
  • High energy, resilient, entrepreneurial and driven to push through obstacles and achieve results
