This unique position requires a highly strategic and analytical leader with deep expertise in real estate finance and equity structuring.Key Responsibilities:Capital Markets:• Lead the company’s capital markets strategy, focusing on equity structuring for new and existing properties.• Develop and maintain relationships with financial brokers, institutions, investors, and other capital partners.• Cultivate our existing individual investor base and grow the high-net-worth platform with both RIA and individual investors.• Oversee the capital stack for each acquisition.• Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders.• Build and maintain a database of high-net-worth and institutional investors that matches varying levels of investment return criteria. Acquisitions:• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
