Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, and driving business development efforts. The role involves setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proven experience in Account Management and Sales Operations
  • Expertise in Business Development and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive or EV industry is highly desirable
