Position Overview

We are seeking a hybrid Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Missouri City, TX. This person will play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly—supporting administration, logistics, recruiting, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow with the company as we scale. You will work closely with leadership and report directly to the COO and CFO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate general administrative operations, including scheduling, document management, and vendor communications.
  • Support logistics for shipments, prototype parts, and lab or office supplies.
  • Assist in recruiting by posting job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help manage internal and external communications, including marketing and social media posts.
  • Maintain records, track expenses, and support basic accounting or reporting tasks in coordination with the finance team.
  • Contribute to team onboarding and company culture initiatives.
  • Provide general support for special projects, events, and company initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role (start-up or technical environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
