A growing organization in Missouri City is seeking a hands-on Human Resources & Recruiting professional to support daily HR operations and lead hiring efforts across multiple functions. This is a full-time, onsite role—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being close to the work.

About the Role

The HR & Recruiting Specialist will handle a blend of HR coordination, generalist responsibilities, and full-cycle recruiting. The right person will be comfortable supporting everything from onboarding and compliance to sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline development for a wide range of roles.

Candidates with experience in construction, field operations, or trade-based recruiting will stand out, as this role regularly supports hiring needs for skilled labor, craft roles, and project-based teams.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for both field and office positions
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, employee changes, compliance tracking, and file management
  • Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and HR documentation as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and support overall HR workflow
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for trade roles and skilled labor positions
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and strong communication skills

What We're Looking For

  • HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience, with strong recruiting exposure
  • Experience supporting or recruiting in construction or skilled trades is a major plus
  • Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, growing environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
