Core Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Communication & Order Management
  • Professionally communicate with customers regarding order inquiries, product availability, delivery details, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Enter and manage sales orders received via email daily, ensuring all part numbers, pricing, and stock availability are accurate.
  • Confirm the correct delivery method based on whether the address is residential or commercial and verify lead times for modified or special-order items.
  • Sales Order Confirmations
  • Prepare and send sales order confirmations to the appropriate customers, sales representatives, or internal departments promptly and accurately.
  • Purchasing Coordination
  • Submit purchase order requests for items not in inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to confirm vendor lead times and product availability.
  • Shipment & Tracking Communication
  • Send customers shipping notifications and tracking details, and proactively communicate any delays or changes.
  • Inside Sales Support
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to support customer accounts, prepare quotations, assist in follow-up communications, and provide administrative support for the sales process.
  • RMA Processing
  • Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests and respond to customers promptly with professional solutions and updates until resolution.
  • Phone & Customer Assistance
  • Handle inbound calls, assist customers with placing orders, providing product information, or resolving issues courteously and efficiently.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records within the ERP and CRM systems, ensuring traceability of all customer communications and transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with the warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled seamlessly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Order Accuracy: ≥ 99%
  • Customer Response Time: Within 2 business hours
  • Order Processing Time: Within 4 business hours of receipt (same-day for orders before 3 PM CT)
  • RMA Resolution Respond: Within 1 business days after request submitted

Policies & Conditions

  • At-Will Employment: Employment with Liron Lighting is at-will. Either party may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice.
  • Eligibility to Work: This offer is contingent upon verification of your authorization to work in the United States.
  • Confidentiality & IP: You will be required to sign confidentiality and proprietary information agreements.
  • Company Policies: You agree to comply with all Liron Lighting policies and procedures.
  • Annual Evaluation: Annual performance review to evaluate employee contributions and consider potential salary adjustments based on performance and company results.
