Mesmerize, the leader in out of home advertising, is seeking a focused, structured, and motivated Digital Network Coordinator to coordinate the company's digital operations.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, concurrent deadline environment to execute installations, and troubleshoot network issues. The Digital Network Coordinator will be highly focused, detail oriented, and capable of critical thinking in a high-pressure environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed notes within Salesforce to keep the entire team aligned on project status.
• Place equipment orders, monitor order progress, and track each project from purchase through final installation.
• Address any errors or inefficiencies in ongoing digital initiatives and educate the team on corrections or process improvements.
• Escalate unresolved Salesforce issues to the appropriate team member.
• Complete daily checklists to ensure the quality assurance process is followed.
• Participate in weekly and monthly check-ins with supervisor to discuss progress, goals, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot digital devices in coordination with third-party technicians to resolve hardware or connectivity issues.
• Support other digital operations team members during large projects.
• Assist leadership on focus projects to contribute value to the business.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis Excel skills), Sales Force experience preferred
• Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with operations and management
• Self-motivated, energetic and creative
• Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing
• Excellent attention to detail
