Position Title: Salesforce CRM Manager (Sales Cloud)
Your role*
Digital Realty is looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, with a diligent and detail-oriented mentality. The CRM Manager will work across all global business units to create and enable solutions for our business partners. The role will cross technical and analytical disciplines that spans all aspects of the business: Sales, Operations, Marketing, and customer facing Application Teams.

*What You'll Do*

  • Assist with CRM migrations & Integrations for M&A activities.
  • Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive salesforce automations and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Manage SFDC admins, developers, and 3rd party resources across the globe and work closely with Peers and management in USA.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Define data retention policies and maintain the clean platform.
  • Ensure the platform licensing guidelines are in place from time to time, especially with APIs.
  • Maintain lead, account, contact, contract, and opportunity records as needed by end users and for development projects within storage limits.
  • Work with third-party integrations to Salesforce (experience with Marketo, DemandBase, LeanData, Sales Navigator, DocuSign, Conga CPQ, Conga Document Generation a plus).
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Keep up to date on new Salesforce features and Releases.
  • Publish monthly release notes to users.
  • Contribute towards technology roadmaps (build) while managing day to day SFDC operational needs (run).

*What You'll Need*

  • Around 6-8 years of experience as a salesforce lead or product manager with techno-functional hands-on experience and manage 3rd party resources.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Admin (ADM201) certified.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft or Dell Bhoomi or Workato.
  • Proven record of documenting detailed business/functional requirements.
  • Agile work style with the ability to implement feedback and refine features.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities and strong documentation framework skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
