Role Overview

The Product Manager will lead product marketing and portfolio management for FARMASI's Nutrition, Skincare, and Makeup categories within the U.S. and associated markets.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration—acting as a bridge between FARMASI USA and the FARMASI Global Team.

Working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing USA, the Product Manager will ensure that all product and marketing initiatives align with FARMASI's global brand blueprint while tailoring offerings to meet the unique needs of U.S. consumers and the company's MLM (Direct Selling) network.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a primary link between FARMASI USA and the FARMASI Global Team for product development and management, ensuring alignment on product strategy, launch plans, and brand direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing USA to define priorities, set timelines, and deliver best-in-class executions across categories.
  • Translate U.S. market insights into actionable recommendations for the Global Team regarding new product concepts, promotional products, and regional adaptations.
  • Partner with Global Creative and Product Marketing to ensure all brand experiences and communications remain consistent with FARMASI's international identity.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Lead annual and quarterly product planning for Nutrition, Skincare, and Makeup categories.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ongoing portfolio optimization.
  • Adapt global formulations, packaging, and claims for regulatory and consumer relevance in U.S. markets.
  • Analyze product performance and consumer insights to propose product improvements, extensions, and innovation opportunities.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Manage 360° launch planning—including product messaging, pricing, positioning, and communication tools—across digital, social, and field channels.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Creative teams to design campaigns and training tools that empower FARMASI Influencers and Leaders.
  • Ensure seamless product availability and operational readiness in coordination with Supply Chain and Operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track category KPIs such as sales, ROI, adoption rate, and market share.
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing USA and Global Team.
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends in nutrition, skincare, and beauty to anticipate market shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3+ years of experience in product or brand management—ideally within Nutrition, Beauty, or Wellness industries.
  • Proven ability to manage global-local collaboration and product adaptation processes.
  • Strong understanding of MLM and network-marketing dynamics, influencer engagement, and community selling models.
  • Excellent analytical, project-management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Passion for wellness, skincare, and beauty innovation.

  • Morning sync with the FARMASI Global Team to discuss launch timelines and product feedback.
  • Strategic meeting with the Sr. Director of Marketing USA to align on priorities, promotional themes, and local market adaptations.
  • Review performance dashboards to identify trends in Nutrition or Skincare categories.
  • Partner with Creative and Field Marketing teams to refine go-to-market assets for an upcoming product launch.
  • Draft feedback for the Global Team regarding potential new products or reformulations requested by the U.S. market.
