Senior Product Manager

Who we are

Mambu is the leading cloud-native, composable banking SaaS platform. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep domain knowledge in Retail and Commercial core banking to drive the evolution of our platform solutions and make banking better for a billion people.

What you'll do
1. Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and champion the data-driven product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Mambu's core banking and platform solutions.

• Identify key market opportunities, build business cases, and stay up to date with technology, regulatory, and competitive forces that shape our strategy.

2. Product Definition & Roadmap Execution:

• Own the product lifecycle from concise PRDs to prioritized backlog management.

• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable, flexible solutions that meet documented requirements.

• Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and adoption of new features and enhancements.

3. Go-to-Market Enablement & Commercialization:

• Partner with Marketing/Sales on value proposition, positioning, messaging, and input on pricing/packaging.

• Enable Sales/Pre-Sales teams with product expertise and ensure successful customer adoption with Customer Success.

4. Stakeholder Management & Product Evangelism:

• Act as the voice of the customer, engaging directly with clients and partners to gather feedback and validate concepts.

• Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to all internal stakeholders across various departments and levels.

5. Partner Ecosystem Collaboration:

• Identify and cultivate key technology partnerships (e.g., LOS, analytics, compliance) to enhance the overall Mambu solution offering.

What you'll bring

• Experience: strong Product Management experience in Core Banking, Lending, or Deposit platforms for Banks, Fintechs, or Credit Unions.

• Deep Domain Knowledge: Deep functional knowledge of retail and commercial financial products. Strong familiarity with the competitive and regulatory landscape across multiple geographies.

• Technical Aptitude: Experience with API-first architectures, microservices, and modern SaaS/cloud banking platforms. Understanding of legacy migration challenges is a significant plus.

• Product Management Craft: Proven ability in market analysis, strategy definition, detailed requirements writing, and effective agile backlog management.

• Collaboration & Influence: Excellent verbal/written communication and demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Leadership.

• Analytical Skills: Strong data-analysis skills to synthesize complex information and inform product prioritization and strategic decisions.
