Role Overview
We are seeking a career-minded Operations & Business Development Associate to partner with Henry (Branch Manager) in supporting daily office/warehouse operations while also assisting with sales and client development efforts. This role combines administration, operations, and light business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration: scheduling, records, reporting, correspondence.
- Support operations: job file preparation, vendor and delivery coordination, customer service.
- Assist with proposals, client follow-ups, and sales support.
- Act as Henrys right hand in Nashville while coordinating with Miami HQ.
- Contribute to streamlining office and warehouse processes as the office grows.
Qualifications
- 35 years experience in operations, administration, or sales/BD support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and grow into greater responsibility.
