Overview

We are seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business growth and expand relationships within enterprise clients. You will own complex sales cycles, engage C-suite leaders, and consistently close six-figure SaaS deals. This role requires a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas and applying structured, value-based selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business in a defined enterprise territory.
  • Manage full-cycle sales, from lead generation through contract execution.
  • Develop account and territory plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CHRO, L&D leaders) with a consultative approach.
  • Apply MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to navigate complex deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, marketing, product, customer success, and sales engineering.
  • Travel as needed to advance sales cycles and strengthen client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with multi-threaded, complex deal cycles.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas ($1M+ annual revenue) and closing six-figure ($200k+) deals.
  • Demonstrated new logo hunting experience and strong pipeline generation skills.
  • Skilled at engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or comparable value-based sales frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Dallas/Westlake, TX (onsite Tue–Thu).
