Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. Since the launch of our company, we have experienced healthy growth and steady market demand. This is an individual contributor position, newly added due to business expansion.We're looking for someone who can express passion about new technologies and the possibilities of Data and Advanced Analytics to enterprise customers across a range of industries within an extensive network. This role consists of engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform, Dataiku.As an Enterprise Account Executive at Dataiku, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across a variety of industries. We embrace a culture of accountable camaraderie, and this role will enable you to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, product management, and sales engineering. Together, you'll showcase the business value of Dataiku's platform, DSS.What you'll need to be successful:7+ years experience in software field salesStrong belief in a customer centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer interactionsBackground in selling innovation and new concepts to large EnterprisesStrong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate championsGood articulation of competitive positioningComfortable traveling 30 to 50%Desired Skills Experience in 'data' big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integrationEarly start-up experience is a plusThe final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.Dataiku also offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer paid disability coverage, and additional health and wellbeing perks and benefits.
