Position Overview

Limb Lab is seeking a full-time remote and/or hybrid Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who loves working hard and being part of a professional and agile team. As a part of the Limb Lab team, you will collaborate with wonderful colleagues and have opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate for this position is a results-driven professional. The hire will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence, engagement, and growth across digital platforms. A successful Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be highly motivated – and assessed on the ability – to deliver measurable outcomes through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Monitor and engage with online community in alignment with brand voice.
  • Support the planning and execution of results-focused digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate graphics, photos, and videos to support marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize performance and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Assist in coordinating events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
  • Research trends, competitors, and best practices to keep marketing strategies innovative, competitive, and effective.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
