Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Team Support

Location: Orlando, FL (in-office role)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Compensation: starting at $55,000

Position Overview

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll work closely with the Team Lead and operations staff to ensure all administrative, HR, and office management functions run efficiently. This is a behind-the-scenes role that keeps everything (and everyone) on track — from onboarding new team members to organizing files, coordinating team communications, and assisting with day-to-day logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Team Lead.
  • Handle special projects and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, scheduling, team communications, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Manage office operations — ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a productive workspace.
  • Oversee team calendars, appointments, and follow-up systems.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Help maintain compliance with brokerage and transaction requirements.
  • Coordinate company and client events and internal celebrations.
  • Provide all around team support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience (real estate or office management background preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Realvolve or similar a plus).
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
