As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will support the Clinic Manager in driving the overall performance, culture, and operational excellence of your clinic. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You'll help lead by example, ensuring that every patient receives an exceptional experience and that the clinic consistently meets or exceeds company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities

Managerial Support

  • Partner with the Clinic Manager to uphold Medi-Weightloss policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth clinic flow and team alignment.

  • Support the onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and reinforcing performance goals.

  • Maintain a proactive mindset — anticipating needs and resolving challenges before they escalate.

Administrative

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, product inventory, and banking.

  • Manage patient scheduling, EMR documentation, data entry, and verification of benefits.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and appointment reminders, ensuring patient engagement and retention.

  • Support product sales and ensure accurate reporting of all administrative tasks.

Clinical

  • Assist in obtaining vitals, administering injections, performing EKGs, and phlebotomy (training provided if needed).

  • Counsel patients on their progress and document visits accurately within EMR.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with Medi-Weightloss standards.
