Job Summary
Busy company in East Orlando looking for someone who is proficient with Quickbooks Online and has administrative assistant / secretarial experience. Monday-Friday. The position entails answering phone calls, emails, invoicing, and general administrative duties.
AP/AR Experience
Payroll Experience
Maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers
Qualifications and Skills
*Quickbooks (Minimum 2 years experience)
*Accounting Experience a Plus
*The ability to effectively organize, and prioritize.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks is a must.
*Ability to work well independently and be self motivated.
