Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
CTC Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (CTC)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for our skin, hair, and aesthetic products and devices across the Ageless Group of Companies.
The role involves managing day-to-day supply chain operations, leading the warehouse & logistics team, and ensuring strong execution discipline, cross-department coordination, and adherence to deadlines for all procurement, stock movement, and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage local and international procurement for skincare, haircare, and aesthetic consumables, devices, and retail SKUs.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure timely order placement, GRN, and invoice reconciliation across all group entities.
- Maintain vendor master data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
2. Day-to-Day Supply Chain & Operations Management
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily supply chain activities—including purchase, inward/outward stock movement, order fulfilment, and replenishment for clinics and distributors.
- Lead and monitor the warehouse, logistics, and procurement team to ensure operational discipline and target achievement.
- Track and close all daily dispatches, pending POs, and inward material receipts within defined timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the finance, clinic operations, and sales teams to align stock availability with business requirements.
- Ensure 100% execution of operational plans with adherence to deadlines, accuracy, and compliance standards.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage central and regional warehouse operations ensuring accurate stock levels and FIFO/FEFO implementation.
- Monitor daily stock movements (inward/outward/returns) and ensure ERP synchronization (Wondersoft/Business Central).
- Conduct monthly physical stock audits and ensure zero variance with system reports.
- Track stock aging, expiry, and slow-moving items, initiating corrective actions proactively.
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Plan and execute dispatches for B2B (clinics, doctors, distributors) and B2C (Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, etc.) channels.
- Manage coordination with logistics partners (DTDC, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.) for cost-efficient and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with E-way bills, GST documentation, and inter-state stock transfers.
5. Import & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle import documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance for aesthetic devices and products.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, CDSCO, and other regulatory bodies for imported goods.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers for timely shipment updates, product certifications, and regulatory documentation.
6. MIS, Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on procurement status, stock movement, consumption, and stock variance.
- Present actionable analytics on stock aging, reorder points, and inventory health to management.
- Collaborate with the finance team for monthly stock reconciliation and valuation reports.
7. Process Optimization & Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and supervise supply chain, warehouse, and logistics staff to ensure smooth coordination and productivity.
- Drive process improvement initiatives for cost reduction, faster turnaround, and stronger inter-department communication.
- Establish SOPs, checklists, and performance KPIs for the team to ensure accountability and timely execution.
