We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is responsible for the success of our solutions from conception and design to development and delivery to our customers. You will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for demand planning and inventory optimization solutions, Aligning product strategy with business goals, supply chain objectives, and customer needs. You will be working closely with engineering, customer success and implementation, marketing, and our sales account teams. You will be the owner of portions of the product portfolio and lead cross-functionally across the teams mentioned. You will be the evangelist for our Supply Chain Solutions, both internally and externally with customers and partners. You will refine and monitor the performance metrics of solutions to ensure feature adoption, market competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

Responsibilities:

• Experience and excitement in building a new generation of supply chain planning, inventory and material purchasing and fulfillment, execution flows to drive true end-to-end supply chain planning insights, views into potential disruptions, and how to provide optimization and outcomes in the product
• Manage the Product Lifecycle in coordination with engineering towards Sprint and Release delivery
• Engage with the sales organization to feature innovation and feedback, support the deal cycle with customer representing Product, and be a Point-of-Contact during customer implementation in support of customer go-live on platform
• Drive innovation both natively within Blue Ridge, and work with partners across the ecosystem to increase our portfolio and expand our offerings
• Capture industry feedback, research industry trends, and interact with and position Blue Ridge with industry analysts in coordination with our marketing teams

Must haves:

• 3+ years' experience working hands on with B2B Supply Chain software, plus experience with Planning
• 3+ years' experience working hands on setting policies, objectives, and business rules for B2B software with distributors, retailers, or manufacturers.
• A good understanding of the principles of warehouse and store replenishment along with demand planning and forecasting.
• Ability to understand, document and explain use cases, capabilities, and functionality to internal engineering teams and to potential or existing customers.
• Prior experience working in Product Management for a SaaS Platform
• Project planning and management
• Familiarity with different ERPs is highly desired (example Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Acumatica, etc.)

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, math/statistics, data science, or supply chain 5 to 10 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing planning, product management, engineering, or professional services
• Experience with supply chain implementation, scrum teams, agile and architecture guidance
• Strong experience in presenting to customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders
• Thought leadership on solutions to business problems and acts as a SME for prospect and customer discussions
• Strong development of key customer and industry relationships by conducting customer and prospect needs research and maintaining key industry contacts
• Identifies processes and procedures that can positively enhance optimization, organizational effectiveness, and cost savings.
• Strong ability to drive and deliver products that deliver revenue growth, competitive differentiation, and customer value.
