Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst to optimize the supply chain processes across 24 Pretium manufacturing sites located in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

This pivotal professional will improve supply chain & procurement excellence initiatives by working closely with supply chain and procurement professionals to provide fact-based analysis, market intelligence and cutting-edge data analytics support to drive balanced business decisions.

The ideal candidate will apply data analytical skills to understand market trends, predict scenarios, mitigate inefficiencies, propose actions, identify opportunities, and ultimately enhance supply chain and procurement performance. Data collection from multiple ERPs and databases will be analyzed and transformed into information to support decision-making and minimize working capital investment without compromising customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Procurement Excellence:

• Support supply chain team members, procurement category managers and leadership in special projects by quickly building data models, analyzing and coming up with fact-based recommendations to help drive business decisions and bottom-line value.

• Support the leadership with customized Power BI dashboards and reporting to help drive visibility on key initiatives, strategic spend and key suppliers

• Support the development and implementation of key supply chain and procurement KPIs, supplier scorecards, supplier quarterly business reviews and publishing monthly accurate reports for the department

• Drive special projects (assigned by leadership) under PMO rigor and work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders and report to executive leadership on a quarterly basis

• Support key supply chain and procurement excellence initiatives (ex: INCO terms and DPO standardization across supply base) and drive YoY performance improvements for the business.

• Support future procurement & supply chain digital transformation initiatives by analyzing baselines and recommending cutting edge AI tools and processes for value delivery and business transformation

• Lead the Bi-monthly All People Town Hall meetings to drive Top 5 objectives for the organization. Conduct periodic surveys to gather department feedback, analyze and recommend pertinent changes for employee engagement improvements

• Pursue developmental growth assignments (ex: energy hedging, sustainability initiatives etc.) and category excellence efforts on as needed basis

How Will You Be Measured? Main KPIs - Key Performance Indicators:

• Dashboards and special reports developed, implemented, and accurately published.
• Process Improvements identified and supported
• Key efficiency and risk mitigation tools deployed to reduce inefficiencies and improve value delivery
• Special projects implemented according to scope, time, cost, and quality
• Futuristic outlook based on bench marking data, emerging technologies and process improvement mindset

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering/Technical degree. Other disciplines may be considered with 7+ years of proven supply chain/procurement experience. An MBA in Supply Chain is a plus. Experience in resins and other petrochemical raw materials is a plus.

• American Production and Inventory Control Society certification (APICS / currently called ASCM – Association for Supply Chain Management) is desired (CPIM - Certified in Planning and/or Inventory Management, and/or CSCP - Certified in Supply Chain).

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in data management and Microsoft Suite (Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macro, PowerPoint, Blue Prism, and Access). Programming language knowledge is a plus.

• ERP experience, especially in IQMS, Oracle, and/or SAP, and business intelligence system knowledge like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

• Project Management Professional - PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

• Experience in developing presentations and conveying complex information to diverse audiences and senior leadership

• Fluency in English and a second language as Spanish, is a differentiator.
