Senior Vice President | Mission Critical

Futura Energy Group is proud to partner with a
leading Texas based General Contractor
on the launch of a
Mission Critical and Data Center Division
, a new growth platform focused on delivering hyperscale infrastructure for the AI era.

This is a defining leadership mandate to
build, scale, and lead
a division dedicated to complex, high performance data center delivery. The successful executive will shape strategy, drive execution, and establish the organization as a premier builder within one of the fastest growing sectors in construction.

Compensation: $400-500k + Bonus + LTIP

The Opportunity


• Define and execute the company's
mission critical growth strategy
from the ground up.


• Build and inspire a
multidisciplinary delivery team
including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and technical specialists.


• Oversee delivery of
hyperscale and enterprise data centers
, managing all phases from concept through commissioning.


• Drive operational excellence across
cost, schedule, quality, and safety
on projects exceeding
$100M
.


• Partner with business development to
secure marquee clients
and establish recurring partnerships in the AI and digital infrastructure markets.


• Serve as the
executive face
of the division, cultivating trust with owners, investors, and technology partners.

The Profile


• 10+ years of senior leadership in
data center or mission critical construction
.


• Proven success in
winning and delivering large scale technical projects
($100M+), ideally in fast track environments.


• Deep expertise in
MEP intensive, redundancy driven builds
and commissioning.


• Demonstrated ability to
build and scale organizations
within GC, EPC, or Owner's Rep frameworks.


• Strong network and commercial acumen in mission critical or hyperscale markets.
