The job:

  • As a Vice President – Public Infrastructure, you will lead strategic project delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Contributing to the development of new business, maintaining key relationships, and executing technical project oversight.
  • Oversee project budgeting, bidding, contracts, and performance reporting to ensure operational success.
  • Manage and mentor engineering teams, coordinating workflows and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping regional growth by aligning team capabilities with the company's long-term strategic goals.

What are they looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 15+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong leadership and project management background.
