Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to join our fast-growing team. This is a remote, phone-based sales position where you'll connect with prospects, educate them on our AI marketing solutions, and close deals via Google Meet. This role offers high commission rates, recurring residual income, and significant growth potential for strong performers.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Find new customers by contacting potential clients who may not yet be aware of our company or services.
- Pitching & Selling: Explain our AI-driven products, highlight their value, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Appointment Setting: Set up qualified meetings and demos with decision-makers when needed.
- Using Tools: Work with lead lists, phone systems, and our CRM platform to manage outreach, track progress, and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and home service businesses.
- For management roles: lead, coach, and develop a sales team to drive results.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience (phone sales, SaaS, or marketing services preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation protocols.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Google Meet proficiency a plus).
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals.
- Prior experience selling to franchises or home service companies is a plus.
