Compensation & Benefits Overview:

  • Job Location: Savannah, Georgia – In-Office
  • Annual Salary Range: $50,000 for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. For applicants with industry experience, salary is negotiable based on the applicant's prior experience and its relevance to the position.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, and emails providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Supplying clients and prospects with accurate and timely information about personal insurance plans and services.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently, always striving for customer service excellence.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using contact management tools and CRM software.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  • This Isn't a Sales Role –
    It's all about building relationships and providing exceptional service to our existing clients

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively assist business owners and their employees with their personal insurance plans.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to learn our customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring seamless customer service and record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling you to keep accurate records and efficiently manage client information.
