Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Principal Architect
to serve as the technical and strategic lead for ServiceNow GRC engagements. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, enterprise solution design, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and strategy for ServiceNow GRC implementations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to delivery teams
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and roadmaps
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and proposal development

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Proven expertise in GRC, Risk Management, and Security Operations modules
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, BCM, ITOM)
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks and third-party risk tools.
  • Thought leadership in ServiceNow community or GRC domain.
  • Ability to travel at times as required by the job responsibilities

    (a certification related to implementing the ServiceNow GRC suite).
