RCM is a leading Sales Company in the IT Field for over 13 years spanning multiple sales campaigns, service offerings and price levels. Come join our growing and winning team. This is a remote position, training is paid.

We provide an endless stream of warm leads for you to call. You just do what you do best, build value and close deals We are currently hiring for campaigns that sell digital marketing, lead generation, IT services, and virtual receptionist.

Hours are 8am - 4pm PST, Monday - Friday. Applicants must be able to work these hours.

This is a remote position and applicants must have a good computer and headset with a quiet work area.

This is a 1099 position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call a mix of hot live transfers and warm appointments and close deals.
  • 1 Call Close is the goal. Sometimes it takes 2 - 3.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our database. Keep your leads organized.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for closing deals.
  • Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.
