Position Overview: Are you looking to further your sales career with a company that invests in your growth? BASCO is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Chicago team. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, build customer relationships, and grow into a successful sales professional.
You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced mentors, and gain the product knowledge and sales skills needed to build a rewarding career in industrial distribution.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone, email and occasional visits
· Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Learn to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across BASCO's 5,300+ products
· Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
· Interest in furthering a career in sales growth and account management
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Eagerness to learn about BASCO's products and customers
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· CRM experience is a plus, but training is provided
· Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
