Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Labels & Packaging to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience and a passion for building relationships in the B2B sector.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Deliver engaging product demos to showcase the benefits of our labels and packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the labels or packaging industry.
- Strong background in business development, account management, and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
