Position Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, youll be the driving force behind our growth. Youll connect with prospects, build relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions that fit their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, embraces challenges, and wants to grow personally and professionally.

Salary Range: $45, $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • A winning attitude and strong desire to succeed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.

  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.

  • Must be comfortable with phone and in-person sales.

  • Insurance license preferred (but well help the right person get licensed).

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present customized insurance options and close sales with confidence.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive office culture.
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
