McGrath City Hyundai is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales appointments, following up with potential customers, and working along-side with the Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Answer inbound sales calls and handle accordingly
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services offered
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule sales appointments
  • Maintain customer records in an organized manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify potential new sales customers and schedule appointments for the Sales Department
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Equity Mining

Ideal Candidates:

  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred
  • Team player
  • Experience with VinSolutions
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
