JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Dietary Manager is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of the Dietary Department.
- Recruitment, Hiring, and Supervision of Dietary Department staff as needed.
- Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Work with all departments within the facility to ensure positive resident outcomes.
- Ensure all policies and procedures of the Dietary Department are followed by staff.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports, as requested.
- Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in food service
- Safe serve and CDM, preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful criminal background check
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- CDM License Preferred
