Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in table service restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities or food handling practices is a plus.

  • A background in the food industry or hospitality will enhance your candidacy.
