Job Overview

A new start-up, we're building a next-generation digital services hub that empowers social impact businesses and organizations to thrive. This hub will also support our emerging human workforce and skills transformation enterprise.

You will fill one of 2 complementary roles, based on your skills, resourcefulness, capacity, experience and interests (you can state role of interest in your application). These roles are currently part time, self employment but scheduled for review in 6-9 months.

As our DTL - Operations & Marketing, you'll be the engine that drives client success—identifying eligible clients, managing onboarding, campaigns, and partnerships while ensuring smooth delivery of our digital solutions.

As our DTL - Creative Technologist, you will design and deliver digital solutions that transform how social impact organizations engage their communities. You'll integrate websites, apps, and AI-powered tools that are not only functional but responsive, interactive also inspiring.

Indicative Duties (amaze us with your own suggestions)

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in quantum engineering, to provide informed recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on digital tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-implementation to optimize results.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital transformation consulting or related fields.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Self employed contractor 'partner' who thrives in an environment of autonomy and innovation.
  • Familiarity with automation tools/ AI integrations and strong understanding of their applications in social venture and business contexts.
  • Strong creative eye with a process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation within organizations.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Base Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
