Director Of Ai TransformationThe Director of AI Transformation will be part of the leadership team and will be accountable to drive enterprise-wide integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. This key business role is responsible for designing and implementing frameworks that address process architecture, change management, and continuous improvement while managing strategic partnerships across Finance, Human Resources, and Communications. The Director will also oversee the human factors of AI adoption, including impact assessments, employee engagement, and training programs.
