Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for preschool-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the development and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development at home.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any relevant incidents.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education trends.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster a positive learning environment.
  • Experience in developing educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
