Inspire Kids Early Learning Center is looking for fun, joyful, energetic, passionate, creative, creative, curious educators with experience working with young children to join our team.

The Toddler Teacher provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for toddlers ( 12–36 months) that promotes exploration, independence, and healthy development. This role focuses on supporting children through daily routines, intentional play, and responsive interactions that build early language, motor, and social-emotional skills. The teacher collaborates with families and co-teachers to create a consistent and caring classroom community aligned with Inspire Kids Early Learning philosophy and DCYF regulations

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for early learning and openness to creative, play-based curriculum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in care and education
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Safe Sleep, and Health & Safety (or willingness to obtain before start of employment)
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and training
  • Successful completion of background check, fingerprinting, TB test, and required immunizations
  • CDA credential (Infant/Toddler) or related coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
